They got the shoes to me quicker than I could have gone to the store to buy them. I had been looking for these particular shoes, so I knew they would fit. But in the past when I was just shopping, and had to try the shoes on once they arrived, if a pair didn't fit Zappos return was also easier than going to the store, and free!
